Backyard BBQ
This is one of our “hottest” grill packages. The “Backyard BBQ” features two sandwiches per person, baked beans and potato chips. Meat options include: hamburgers, hotdogs, bratwurst, chicken, porkchops, veggies and more.
Premier Picnic
Your crowd will eat like royalty when you introduce this grilling option to them! This package includes one premium meat choice (steak, seafood, marinated pork chop, etc.), two side dishes of your choice, rolls and butter, and dessert.
Hog Roast
Let us bring the celebration to you! Go “whole hog” for your gathering by allowing us to bring the fully roasted, succulent whole hog to you and carve it on-site. This package includes three sides of your choice, along with buns and sauce.
Unless otherwise declared, all options will include buns and all standard condiments. (Ask for details or requests)
A fifty person minimum headcount is required for grill on-site service unless otherwise arranged.
