JOIN US February 14th, 2022 at Krumpets in Fulton, Illinois for a 5 course chef prepared dinner! This year, four local chefs (Chef Chris Remrey, Pastry Chef Brittany Remrey, Chef Justin Lange, and Pastry Chef Savanna Pickett) are collaborating with the new owners of Krumpets, Manreet and Melanie Kalyan, to showcase big city flavors in our humble Midwestern town. Come and see the exciting changes the Kalyans have made for this wonderful new venue.

This year we have decided to showcase some of our favorite aspects of the culinary industry… Fusion cooking and Molecular Gastronomy. These techniques incorporate cutting edge science to push what we know about food to an entirely new level. Fusion cooking combines key ingredients or preparation styles from two or more cultures. Menu subject to minor changes as quality and availability of ingredients may necessitate.

Amuse Bouche – Asian inspired Tuna Tar-tart-lettes

Appetizer – Charred Brussel Sprout Petals served with Lemon Air, Bacon Soil, and Parmesan Tuiles

Soup – Crystal Tomato Soup and Glass Potato Chips

Salad – Avant Garde Caesar Salad

Main Course – Reverse Seared Duck Breast, Wild Mushroom Risotto and Citrus Poached Asparagus Tower Dessert – Almond Sablé Torte, Layered Chocolate Mousse Trifle

Meals are designed for two and will be plated together for a more intimate dining experience. All of this amazing food, a wonderful romantic meal, for only $100 per couple.
