Just because we have been quiet lately, doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy! So what does your C3 crew do in the winter season? All kinds of things! From pop-up collaborations with local restaurants, to charcuterie boards for holiday parties, and so much more in between, we have most definitely been staying busy. During the “off” season, we have been doing upgrades to our food trailer as well. This will help streamline our service when we are finally able to bring it out again. Speaking of the food trailer… we have so many awesome new ideas to mix into our existing menu. All in all, we are just so excited to see all of our fans again and make 2023 the best year yet for C3!
